JL55 Privacy Policy: How We Collect, Use and Protect Your Data
When you use JL55, we hold a small set of details about you: the username you chose, the GCash or Maya wallet you linked, a record of your deposits, withdrawals and bets, and technical information about the device you connect from. We use them to run your account, to pay you correctly and to keep the site safe, and you have rights over them under Philippine law. This policy explains each of those points in plain terms and applies to the JL55 site, the JL55 app and our Live Chat.
Who Is Responsible for Your Data at JL55
JL55, operating at jl55.net.ph, decides why and how the personal data described here is used, so it is the party responsible for that data. We handle it in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. We do not publish a company registration or office address on this site, so every privacy question goes through the channels listed at the end of this page, [email protected] and Live Chat.
If you are unsure whether a message about your data really comes from us, check that it arrived through those official channels before you reply.
What Data JL55 Collects and Why
We collect only what the account, the payments and the site need to work. The table below lists each kind of data, when we get it and what we use it for.
| Data | When we get it | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Username, login password and transaction password | When you register and when you link your first wallet | To sign you in and to confirm every withdrawal request |
| Basic details from Google or Telegram | Only if you choose to connect one of them at registration or login | To open or recognize your account through that service |
| Name on Card, wallet type (GCash or Maya) and account number | When you link a wallet in Withdrawal | To pay withdrawals to a wallet that carries your own name |
| Deposit and withdrawal records, including GCash, GCashQR, Maya and USDT payments | Each time you pay in or cash out | To process and match payments, and to show your Deposit History and Recent Withdrawal |
| Betting record, account record, profit and loss, rewards and VIP level | As you play and claim promotions | To settle bets, apply promotion conditions and keep your VIP level correct |
| IP address, device and browser details | Whenever you connect to the site or the app | To keep the site secure and to spot accounts that share connection details |
| Messages and screenshots you send | When you contact Live Chat or [email protected] | To find your transaction and answer you |
| Email address or phone number | Only if you give one, for example in the Forgot Password form or to support | To handle that request and to contact you about it |
The registration form asks for a username and a password and does not ask for an ID document (checked October 2026). The one detail that matters most is the name you enter for your wallet. Because withdrawals can only go to a wallet in your own name, a mistake in that field is the most common reason a payout fails, so enter it exactly as it appears on the wallet.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to run your account and keep the casino safe. Specifically, we use it to:
- Open and maintain your account and sign you in.
- Process deposits and withdrawals and keep your payment history.
- Apply the conditions of promotions, including checking that an offer is claimed once per member.
- Detect fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse, for instance accounts that share an IP address, phone number, name or payment account.
- Meet legal duties that apply to us, including anti-money-laundering rules.
- Answer your questions and fix problems you report.
The wallet details you give are used for the payout and for matching the name on your account, which is why the JL55 withdrawal asks you to link a wallet in your own name before you cash out. We do not use your data for anything unrelated to running JL55, and we will tell you here if that changes.
Our Legal Basis for Handling Your Data
Philippine law requires a reason for every use of personal data, and ours fall into four groups. We handle data needed to give you an account and pay you because you asked for that service when you registered. We keep and share records where a law, such as the Anti-Money Laundering Act, requires it. We review connection details and account activity because preventing fraud is a legitimate interest we have in keeping the casino safe for members. Where a use depends on your choice, such as connecting Google or Telegram or allowing optional cookies, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it.
When consent is the basis, withdrawing it does not undo what was done earlier, and it may mean a feature, such as signing in through Google, is no longer available to you.
Who Receives Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with those who need it for the services described here:
- Payment providers. The GCash QR payment page opened at an address separate from jl55.net.ph in October 2026, so payment details you enter there are handled by that provider.
- Game providers. The studios behind the slots, live casino, fishing, sabong, poker and sports games receive the technical details needed to run a session.
- Live Chat service. A third-party service delivers our chat, so what you type in Live Chat passes through it.
- Google and Telegram. If you sign in through either, that service shares basic details with us and learns that you used it.
- Authorities. We disclose data where a court, regulator or other authority lawfully requires it.
Each of these handles data for its own purpose as well, under its own policy, so read the policy of any service you connect before you do so.
How We Protect Your Data
The JL55 site uses HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your device and our site. Your transaction password is separate from your login password, so a stolen login password alone does not let someone submit a withdrawal request. Access to your account depends on those two passwords staying private.
These protections have a limit that you control. HTTPS protects data on its way to us, but it cannot protect a password you type into a page that only looks like ours. Log in only at jl55.net.ph or in the JL55 app, and never send either password through chat or email, because we do not need them to help you.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data for as long as your account is open and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Payment and account records, in particular, are kept for the period that anti-money-laundering rules require, even if you close the account. We do not set a separate retention period of our own, and when data is no longer needed for these purposes we delete it or remove what identifies you.
In practice, closing your account stops new activity but does not erase records that the law obliges us to keep.
Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you these rights over your personal data:
- To be informed about how your data is collected and used, which this page is for.
- To access the personal data we hold about you, for example when you want a copy of your records.
- To object to a use that is based on consent or to certain other processing.
- To correct data that is wrong, such as a misspelled wallet name.
- To erase or block data that is unlawfully held or no longer needed, subject to the records we must keep by law.
- To data portability, which is a copy of your data in a usable format where the law applies.
- To claim damages where you were harmed by inaccurate, unlawful or unauthorized use of your data.
- To complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Some of these rights have limits set by the same law, so a request may be met in part, and we will tell you which part and why.
How to Send a Data Request and What to Include
To use any of these rights, write to us through Live Chat or at [email protected]. Say which right you want to use, give your username and describe the data it concerns, such as the date range of the records you want. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we release or change anything, since sending your records to the wrong person would be a breach in itself.
Do not send your login password or transaction password with a request. We do not state a fixed response time for data requests, so keep the chat reference in case you need to follow up.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping you signed in when you tick Remember on the login form. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, though doing so can sign you out and may stop parts of the site from working. This page does not list individual analytics or advertising tools, and if that changes, we will describe them here before they start.
Data Handled Outside the Philippines
Some of the providers named above, such as payment services, game studios and chat tools, may process data on servers outside the Philippines. We share only what is needed for the service in question, and we expect these providers to protect it. If you do not want your data handled this way, the practical step is to stop using the service that involves it and to contact us about closing your account.
Age Limit and Children’s Data
JL55 is for people aged 21 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 21, we close it. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has registered can tell us through Live Chat, and we will look at the account with them.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy has been in effect since October 17, 2026 and was last updated on October 17, 2026. We update it when our practices change, for example when we add a payment method or a new service that handles your data. The new version is posted on this page with its update date, and if you keep using JL55 after a change, you accept the revised policy. Check this page when you add a new wallet or connect a new service.

- Phone: +63 (951) 347-7868

What This Policy Means for Your JL55 Account
JL55 keeps the minimum an account needs: a username, wallet details in your own name, payment and play records and connection details. We do not sell it, we share it only with the providers that make the service work, and we keep it for as long as the account is open and the law requires. You can ask to see it, correct it or object to a use at any time through Live Chat or [email protected], and the name on your wallet is the one detail worth checking twice.
